Instructions on installation and update

IUCLID 6 Server

IUCLID 6 Server provides simultaneous access to multiple users of an installation of IUCLID. A detailed description of the installation, configuration, and update of IUCLID 6 Server is provided in the document Installation and Update Instructions for IUCLID 6 Server.

IUCLID 6 Desktop for Windows

Instructions are provided within the interfaces of the installer and the updater.

IUCLID 6 Desktop for macOS

Information about IUCLID 6 Desktop for macOS can be downloaded here.

Single Sign On for use with IUCLID 6 Server

IUCLID 6 Server supports Single Sign On. Instructions are provided here on the configuration for SAML-based Single Sign On (SSO) with Azure Active Directory acting as an external identity provider (IDP).

User manual

The user manual of IUCLID 6 describes the functionality of IUCLID 6 that is accessible via its web interface. There is a link to the manual in the upper right of the web interface, as shown in the image to the right.

When a release of IUCLID is published, it is delivered with its own version of the user manual. Between releases, any additions or corrections that are deemed necessary, are included in the English version published on this page.

Dossier preparation manuals

The European Chemical Agency (ECHA) provides manuals on how to use IUCLID 6 for regulatory purposes, including help on entering data into substance datasets for different types of dossiers. These manuals are available in PDF format on the ECHA website at the address http://echa.europa.eu/manuals.
