U skladu s Uredbom REACH ECHA s popisa predloženih tvari predlaže prioritetne tvari za uvrštenje u Prilog XIV. Uredbi REACH („popis tvari koje podliježu autorizaciji”) te za te tvari Europskoj komisiji preporučuje unose iz Priloga XIV. (tj. prijelazne odredbe i, prema potrebi, izuzeća i periode provjere) uzimajući pritom u obzir mišljenje Odbora država članica. Europska komisija naposljetku tzv. postupkom komitologije (pomnim ispitivanjem) odlučuje o tome koje će se tvari uvrstiti u Prilog XIV. i koji će se unosi za njih koristiti.
Tablica u nastavku sadrži sve tvari koje je ECHA obuhvatila u svoj nacrt preporuka ili svoje konačne preporuke tvari s popisa tvari predloženih za uvrštenje u Prilog XIV. U stupcu koji se odnosi na statuse tvari naznačeno je jesu li tvari preporučene za uvrštenje ili su već uvrštene u Prilog XIV. Dokumente relevantne za preporuke možete pronaći odabirom polja „Dodatne pojedinosti” kraj tvari.
Tvari koje nisu preporučene u danom krugu (čiji status glasi: „Tvar nije preporučena u ovom krugu”) ponovno se procjenjuje u idućim krugovima. Stoga se preporučuje pretraživanje tablice prema tvari (Naziv/EZ/CAS) kako bi se dobio najnoviji status za pojedinu tvar.
