07/07/2023 Data Extractor and Text Analytics released for IUCLID 6 v7
The new versions of Data Extractor and Text Analytics are compatible with latest IUCLID 6 format, which is version 7, released on May 22nd 2023.

REACH Study Results has been refreshed, with 278 new substances added since August 2022. It contains non-confidential substance data submitted to ECHA under the REACH regulation.
02/06/2023 Data Uploader version 1.2 released
An improved Data Uploader is now available for download.
22/05/2023 New IUCLID version including format updates
This version is the first to include format changes since the release schedule was adapted to deliver this type of changes in the first half of the year. In the past, format changes were made at the end of October, the last one being in 2021. The release was originally scheduled for April, but to ensure the quality of the release, we needed one more month to get it ready.
17/05/2023 More IUCLID data made available by pharmaceutical companies
A new publication of data on chemicals tested to develop medicines is now available, adding 370 study summaries for 75 substances, in IUCLID format.
04/04/2023 Next IUCLID release postponed to 22nd of May
The next IUCLID release contains format changes and additional improvements. Originally the release date was scheduled for the 24th of April. The new release date is the 22nd of May.
30/03/2023 New version of Text Analytics for IUCLID 6
Various improvements have been made, for example, in the ability to search up and down the IUCLID data hierarchy.

Toxicity data provided by the United States Food and Drug Administration, is released in IUCLID format for 348 substances.

Following the October 2022 release, the updater tool is now also available for download on the IUCLID website.

The IUCLID team just launched a IUCLID YouTube channel. The new channel includes video-tutorials on key features of IUCLID that help users to get familiar with the tool, and to maximise its use in specific contexts.

A new release of IUCLID is available for download on the IUCLID 6 website. The new version includes fixes to issues reported by some users. At the same time, small improvements are also included.

Every October, a new major release of IUCLID is published and made available to all users. Major releases contain not only fixes and improvements but also changes to the IUCLID format.
28/09/2020 Web interface survey (new phase)
With the April 2020 release of IUCLID and the subsequent update in the ECHA Cloud Services, the IUCLID team would like to collect once more your feedback concerning the IUCLID web interface in order to prepare for the phase-out of the classic interface in the coming months. The survey is primarily targeted at industry and consultants.

From the next release of IUCLID, which is due on 24th April, IUCLID will be bundled with Open JDK instead of the Oracle JDK used in the past.
