US FDA toxicity data

Toxicity data provided by the United States Food and Drug Administration, is released in IUCLID format for 348 substances.

The data contain non-clinical animal, and clinical human data. The animal data are based on test results extracted from pharmacological reviews, including studies of types: carcinogenicity, repeat-dose, developmental and reproductive toxicity. The human data are derived from structured product labels. The database is ontologised, meaning it has been standardised with respect to the terminology used.

The information can contribute, among other purposes, to the development of predictive computational testing models.
